1. General Policy

1.1 Eligibility: Refunds are available for services and packages that meet the criteria outlined below. Please note that non-refundable services, such as specific promotions and last-minute bookings, will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Policy for Air Tickets

2.1 Domestic Air Travel: – Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

2.2 International Air Travel: – Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy for Hotel Bookings

3.1 General Hotels: – Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

3.2 Luxury and High-End Hotels: – Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 3-7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy for Holiday Packages

4.1 Domestic Packages: – Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are non-refundable.

4.2 International Packages: – Cancellations made more than 45 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 30-45 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy for Car, Cruise, Chopper, and Coach Rentals

5.1 Car Rentals: – Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.

5.2 Cruise Bookings: – Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the departure date are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

5.3 Chopper Rentals: – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the rental start time are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 3 days of the rental start time are non-refundable.

5.4 Coach Rentals: – Cancellations made more than 15 days before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made between 7-15 days before the rental start time are eligible for a 50% refund. – Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start time are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy for Travel Insurance

6.1 Travel Insurance: – Travel insurance policies are non-refundable once purchased.

7. Refund Policy for Meet & Greet Services

7.1 Meet & Greet Services: – Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.

8. Processing Time

8.1 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
