For domestic travelers, delivery is done via trusted domestic courier services and/or speed post. Confirmed bookings are typically processed and dispatched within 0-2 business days, or as per the travel date agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier or postal service norms, and Wingsnwheels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Our commitment is to ensure timely handover of travel-related documents to the courier or postal service within the stipulated 0–7 days from the date of booking and payment, or as mutually agreed during order confirmation. All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of booking. Confirmation of ticket issuance or travel service delivery will be shared via the registered email address provided during booking.
